The 22nd annual edition of India International Leather Fair (IILF) organised by ITPO was the biggest so far in terms of participation level, range of product on display, turnout of visitors- importers and business visitors.

The fair covered a net are of 7322 sqm attracting participation from 394 companies inculding 138 from 21 overseas countries- Brazil, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Kenya, South Korea, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia,Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand,Turkey, U.K. , U.S.A, Venezuela. There was group participation from Brazil, China, Germany, Italy and Pakistan. Italy was the largest among them. In statistical terms, IILF 2007, compared to the previous event, covered 25% more area and 20@ more number of participants.

IILF 2007 attracted overwhelming visitor response. Over 15,000 trade visitors and buyers visited the event. A number of buyers from Latin America/ CIS/ Africa/ ASEAN countries also visited the fair. Business worth US$ 110 million was reported during the fair.

Concurrent to the fair, there were Buyer- Seller meets,seminars on topical interest and presentations adding to the business centric ambience of the fair.
